Compared to other scholarly and sports extracurricular activities, robotics requires one of the largest operating budgets. Registration fees alone cost a minimum of $8,800 for district competitions, typically around $5,000 for our provincial competition, and almost $10,000 (CAN) for the FRC World Championships. To even compete, it costs over $20,000 to simply build the robot! Including travel and other team expenses, our yearly costs often exceed $70,000. To reach our fullest potential as a team, and keep costs low for students, we require help from generous sponsors like you!
